About these terms

These terms cover your use of aarrange.com, a collection of free online developer tools run by RedPoint9, based in Sweden. By using the site you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

The service

aarrange.com offers free tools that format, validate, convert and generate developer data such as SQL, JSON, YAML, XML, CSV, Markdown and cron expressions. The tools run in your browser. We provide the service as it is, without warranties of any kind, including fitness for a particular purpose or uninterrupted availability. We may change, limit or stop features at any time.

Your content

Anything you paste, type or drop into a tool stays on your device. We do not upload, store or process it. You keep all rights to your content, and we make no claim to it.

Acceptable use

Use the site for lawful purposes only. In particular, please do not:

• try to overload or disrupt the service, its infrastructure or other users
• run automated scraping or send excessive automated requests
• try to break into or probe the site for weaknesses, except through responsible disclosure
• use the tools for content that is illegal, infringing, or violates someone's rights
• pretend to be someone else or misrepresent a connection to aarrange.com

If you find a security issue, please email info@aarrange.com and we will work with you to fix it.

Intellectual property

The aarrange.com site, its brand and its own source code are © RedPoint9. The tools use open-source libraries, which stay under their own licenses. Nothing in these terms transfers ownership of those libraries or of our brand to you.

Links to other sites

The site links to outside resources and documentation. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content or their privacy practices.

Disclaimer and limitation of liability

The service is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the maximum extent the law allows, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. Always check important results, such as converted SQL, before you use them. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data or business arising from your use of the site. Because the service is free, our total liability to you for any claim is zero euros (EUR 0). Nothing here limits liability that cannot be excluded under Swedish or EU law, including consumers' statutory rights.

Termination

We may block access to the site if you break these terms. You can stop using the site at any time.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms when the site changes. Updates are posted on this page with a new date. If you keep using the site after an update, you accept the new terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by Swedish law, and disputes are settled by the courts of Sweden. If you are a consumer living in the EU, you also keep the mandatory protections of the law of your country.
